Power and Associates, that gives out global industry surveys, had ranked Viacom as the worst company in India among telecom services providers and telecom companies. This was a big surprise to us as Viacom was way too high in the list. The survey was done by the company for its customers and it was taken by a bunch of people in India. This ranking is based on customer experiences that they have with the company in terms of network coverage, reliability, customer care, billing and returns and refund processes etc. Our 4th spot is taken by Aircel (which is owned by Air India). My company Desi Cinemas has been ranked 8th in the list. We are also close to Airtel and Vodafone who are 4th and 5th respectively.
